3. Once you approve the design and the quote, we will finalize the details and provide you with a contract to sign, confirming all terms, costs, and the expected delivery schedule.
4. After the contract is signed, we begin the manufacturing of your custom furniture at our facility, keeping you updated on the progress.
5. Upon completion, we’ll arrange for the delivery and installation of your furniture at a time that’s convenient for you. Feel free to reach out at any stage for assistance or with questions about your order!
Where do you deliver?

What is you warranty policy?
Our furniture comes with a 24-month warranty starting from the date on the delivery note or, if delivery only, the date noted on the CMR waybill. The warranty covers furniture that has been used according to our guidelines. For household appliances and fittings, the warranty follows the manufacturer’s terms, and service must be conducted at authorised centers.
